Thanks to the recent upgrades currently underway across our resort, we have seen a renewed interest in timeshare ownership. To build on this momentum we will be enhancing our current resale efforts by establishing an onsite sales presence in our Clubhouse. This began on June 1, 2025 and will continue for several years, until sellout.

What’s happening with the Clubhouse?

Beginning June 1, 2025, we will  be using the Clubhouse for onsite sales operations. This is part of an exciting new phase in The Grand Seas of Change—our resort-wide effort to secure a beautiful, modern, and financially healthy future for Carlsbad Seapointe Resort.

Recent upgrades throughout the resort have sparked renewed interest in ownership. An on-site Sales Team is stepping in to help bring in new dues-paying owners, which will contribute to the long-term financial health of the resort.

The Clubhouse will be used for several years, starting on June 1, 2025. During this time, the Clubhouse will be temporarily unavailable for event usage. This short-term shift in usage supports a long-term benefit.

All events scheduled in the Clubhouse have been fully honored through June 1, 2025. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to General Manager Clinton Owen at cowen@gpresorts.com.

Currently, about 20% of intervals at Seapointe are unsold.  While we do rent out these weeks, it does not fully replace maintenance fees, which adds financial strain to our existing owners. This initiative will:

  • Bring in more owners to paying full maintenance fees
  • Strengthen the financial stability of the resort
  • Help reduce maintenance fee increases in the long run

Yes! As part of this initiative:

  • Seapointe owners will have access to event booking support at other Grand Pacific Resorts properties, creating added flexibility and value.
  • You will also continue enjoying all the perks as an owner within our GPR family, including access to exclusive travel and exchange options.

Seapointe Owners are welcome to use alternative meeting spaces at nearby Grand Pacific Resort-managed properties, based on availability. For details and assistance, please contact General Manager Clinton Owen at cowen@gpresorts.com.
