Carlsbad Seapointe Resort is undergoing The Grand Seas of Change to address the structural and waterproofing repairs required by SB 326. The project will be split into two (2) phases to minimize impact to your vacations as much as possible while working within the set timelines. The renovations associated with the implementation of these projects may result in increased noise levels associated with construction equipment, sawing, and hammering in select areas of the resort. We are thrilled to share the exterior of the building is nearly finished and has undergone a fantastic transformation with a brand new paint job! As we near the completion of this phase, our attention is focused on the final details such as waterproofing the floors and installing the skylights.

Exciting news! The carpets in Building 1 are in the process of being replaced! As part of our required on-going construction project through 2024, each building will have the carpets replaced as we complete the exterior renovations. By the time we are done, you’ll be able to enjoy Seapointe from the inside-out.

After over 25 years, the iconic archway above the clubhouse was taken down in preparation for a new and improved one made of better materials to have a longer lifespan in our ocean-front environment.
